Question: We want to accept donations with our site, do you offer that service?

Answer: Yes. We will work with you on your preferred online payment method to create a solution for you. We also can create a complete e-commerce system (shopping cart) with coupons, featured products, and much more.

Question: How does your training system work?

Answer: Our training is done online. You can watch, interact, ask questions and learn from any location that has internet access. Our training is with a live expert. We also offer "off hours" because we realize that some church staff maintain other positions and do not have opportunities to train during a standard "9 to 5" window.

Question: Our church is not technically savvy, will we be able to manage our own site?

Answer: We have spent thousands of hours creating a workflow and training system that the average person can understand and work with. We have not had a situation to date where a church couldn't manage their custom website.

Question: Do you offer full services to non-profit organizations?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Why are your prices so low?

Answer: Our goal is to offer churches a low-cost, high quality solution. We are able to do this by minimizing profit margins, utilizing vast experience, and incorporating proven workflow systems.

Answer: Yes, our solutions are completely turn-key. This means our packages take care of design, marketing, hosting, and domain registration (if necessary).

Question: Will you create a website to be hosted by another company?

Answer: No. Primarily due to the fact, we have servers that maintain 99% up time our system is designed to work on our platform.

Question: Does Integrity offer search engine services for businesses?

Answer: Yes, on a limited scale. We do not require these sites be hosted on our platform. Any preexisting sites will need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This is mainly because a vast majority of sites are created with either design in mind or from a technical perspective. This usually makes the site deficient from a marketing perspective.
